Best food processor is the safe food processor. Last thing I’ll mention here is the sides of the bowl. The best option is if the sides are meeting orthogonally with the bottom. Little less good is an option where they slope inwards, as they approach the bottom.
The first kind of bowl serves better for chopping, and especially for making mayonnaise like emulsified sauces.
